I hope everyone is excited about the upcoming SFF releases coming in November 2020 and into the new year! In terms of publishing, 2020 has been a great year for the SFF community and the streak will continue. Here is my most anticipated SFF books to look out for:
Rhythm of War by Brandon Sanderson. Not a surprise here. The Stormlight Archive is in my top 5 SFF series of all time. Anything Brandon Sanderson publishes is a must read for me.
The Shadow of the Gods by John Gwynne. John Gwynne is currently my favorite Epic fantasy author and his Faithful and the Fallen series is nothing short of a masterpiece. This is book 1 of his new Bloodsworn saga to be released in May 2021. Look for my Malice review to drop next week
The Fires of Vengeance by Evan Winter. Rage of Dragons was a fantastic debut novel with the most vengeful plot lines I have every read. Look out for this in early November 2020
The Lonesome Crown by Brian Lee Durfee. Book 3 in this Five Warrior Angel Series and a must read for any Epic Fantasy fan. I just posted my review of the Forgetting Moon on my blog. Book 2 review will be up soon.
The Veiled Throne by Ken Liu. Book 3 in the Dandelion Dynasty. Anybody looking for Asian inspired Epic Fantasy, this is the must read. The world building, plot, traditions, religion, and lore of the world is beautiful to read. Tor just dropped this to be released in June 2021.
